His esteemed Excellency Hamed Karzai, the head of the interim Islamic administration of Afghanistan recently met and exchanged views with a delegation from Herat Province at the Gol Khana palace, in Kabul City. The delegation was headed by brother Mojahed Mir Abdol Khaleq, the deputy [governor] of Herat Province.
