Beijing, 10 December: Today the People's Bank of China (PBOC) issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Administration of Farmers' Small-sum Credit Loans From the Rural Credit Cooperative". It is stipulated in the new rule that the interest rate of the farmers' small-sum credit loan can be given with proper preferential adjustments according to the basic loan interest rate and the floating scale published by the PBOC.
