Everywhere -- on the street, at work, in the supermarket -- people are wearing an uncomfortable expression on their faces.

You know the look, maybe you saw it in the mirror this morning. It's the look that screams to the world you've fallen victim to the holiday goodie bulge and those once comfortable jeans/pants are now so tight they reduce the flow of blood to your lower extremities.

Maybe you know that feeling more intimately than most, and this is but another new year you'll declare your intention to lose weight.
