It's a new dawn for Europe. Across the continent, pragmatic parties of the center-right are storming back to power. Together they'll teach the self-important Eurocrats in Brussels to stay out of their citizens' business and leave nations to mind their own affairs. The more grandiose ambitions of the European Project will quietly be put aside. The sensible view of Europe as a loose confederation of member states will at last triumph--just as Britain and other so-called Euro-skeptics have urged all along.
