Drunken-driving suspect Lloyd Larson was not working when the government pickup truck he was driving crashed into another car, killing four people, a Bureau of Indian Affairs director says.
"We've determined that he was not on duty," said Omar Bradley, BIA deputy regional director, Navajo Region.
Larson, according to a federal criminal complaint, drove the wrong way on I-40 last Friday and slammed head-on into a Cadillac.
