Virginia-based Air Culinaire Inc. is expanding its business into the Metroplex with the opening of a new facility at Dallas Love Field.

A food caterer to the private business-aviation industry, Air Culinaire will have a kitchen and a small restaurant service inside Signature Flight Support, the largest fixed-base operation provider in the United States for private jets. Air Culinaire initially will employ 16 people, but as many as 40 later, according to Guy Smith, corporate chef/president of Air Culinaire, and the founder and owner of the 2-year-old company.
