MESQUITE -- Hoping to draw more business by offering lower-priced entrees, Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurants Operations has rolled out a new concept in the space that previously housed one of its Good Eats restaurants.

The new restaurant, Stacks Burger House, opened Nov. 13 in the former Good Eats location in Town East Mall. From its site near Interstate 635, Interstate 30 and U.S. 80, Town East boasts a trade area that extends 60 miles into East Texas.

If the new concept proves successful, the company plans to replicate it in other locations across the Metroplex.
