DAP Inc., the Baltimore-based caulk and sealant manufacturer, is investing $3 million to expand production capabilities at its North Point plant in Baltimore County.

The expansion, which includes a 1,100-square-foot addition with two 45-foot silos, will allow the company to manufacture 100 more products in the patch and repair business.
