Two partners of a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment firm have purchased Heath Design Group Inc., a local interior and architectural design business.
Michael McGowan and Wince Carran of MCF Capital Inc. bought the firm from family Heath's estate as a way to enhance their company and expand client offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Heath, founder of Heath Design Group (www.heathdesigngroup.com), lost an 18-month battle with breast cancer this year.
