SHRIMP IN LIME-DILL SAUCE

Be sure to provide toothpicks

1/2 cup olive oil
1-1/2 pounds shelled, de-veined shrimp
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbs. lime juice
2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add shrimp and garlic; sautee, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and thoroughly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
