MedImmune Gets FluMist Rights In Agreement With Aviron.(Brief Article)
2002 JAN 9 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- MedImmune, Inc. and Aviron have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which MedImmune plans to acquire Aviron and add Aviron's FluMist to its product offerings. The deal is anticipated to close in the first quarter 2002.
