The ALA PPO is accepting applications from public, academic, and medical libraries for the new traveling exhibition "Frankenstein: Penetrating the Secrets of Nature" that will tour from October 2002 to December 2005. The deadline for applications is December 14.

The National Endowment for the Humanities is funding the development of the touring exhibition, which is based on a larger National Library of Medicine exhibition.

Forty libraries will be selected, and each will receive a $1,000 NEH grant. Libraries will also receive interpretive and educational materials …
