The former promotional partner of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) is seeking a court injunction to stop the group from holding a re-worked version of its annual San Francisco to Los Angeles fundraising bicycle ride.
After working together to raise more than $40 million from annual California AIDS Rides since 1994, SFAF and the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center dissolved its partnership with Los Angeles-based Pallotta Team Works in October, citing disputes over expenses from this year's California AIDS Ride 8.
