George Carpinello has his work cut out for him. The lawyer representing Aimster, which is involved in numerous lawsuits, has learned recently that the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation has decided pretrial proceedings will be held in Chicago.

"It means that ultimately it goes to the individual courts for trial," he said.

That's not as simple as it may sound, as he rattles out all the various cases.

"We've got six in Albany, three in New York, one in Nashville and there's one in South Florida and one in California," he said.
