There were Post-It notes, dozens of them, taped to a whiteboard, strategic plans and reminders scrawled on each one.
They were not Philip Pellegrino's, but Pradeep Haldar's, his predecessor.
Pellegrino, the new IGC-SuperPower LLC president, still hadn't had time yet to make his new office his.
"I have not put my imprint on this," he said. "Obviously, that's not a priority."
He had other things on his mind. More important than making himself at home in his new office was making himself at home in his new job.
Haldar assisted him with that. For two weeks, they worked side by side in meetings held almost daily.
As general manager, Haldar helped create the company in 2000, but the concept came to him years earlier.
"My role was to create it and grow it to a level where it could sustain itself," Haldar said.
