UPTOWN -- Five commercial real estate brokers at Equis Corp. have left en masse to join Insignia/ESG. They're following the lead of their former boss, Randy Cooper, who founded Equis' Dallas office in 1997. Cooper was named senior managing director of Insignia a couple of weeks ago.
