Euler American Credit Indemnity, a Baltimore-based business credit insurer, has zeroed in on inner Harbor East as its top choice for a new headquarters, according to sources in the real estate industry.

Euler ACI is negotiating with H&S Properties Development Corp. to anchor the firm's planned office complex at Inner Harbor East -- a mixed-use development between the Inner Harbor and Fells Point, real estate brokers familiar with the deal said. A lease has not yet been signed.

The company, now headquartered at 100 E. Pratt St., put out a request for proposals in June for new, expanded office space. Euler ACI employs about 190 people throughout Maryland. …
