Staying Healthy, Grade One, enables students to better understand themselves through interactive health units. This understanding can be the foundation of positive health practices that last a lifetime.

In Unit 1, students learn to respect differences in people. These differences include physical and mental abilities, likes and dislikes, and different feelings and interests. Most important, students learn that being different is OK.
