Sometimes we're happy. Sometimes we're sad. Sometimes we're afraid. And sometimes we're mad. These are feelings.

It's OK to have all these different feelings. Everyone has them.

When you feel happy, you may smile or laugh. Doctors say laughing is good for you. Happy thoughts and laughter may even help some sick people get better.
