People have different ways of dealing with stress. Some people become angry at themselves or others. Other people become quiet and stay away from their friends or family. When you face a stressful situation, how do you react?

You may want to try these coping strategies:

* Breathe deeply.

* Keep telling yourself, "I can handle this."

* Make a list of solutions to the problem. Consider all your options.
