For information about health, have the health and/or physical education teacher, school counselor or psychologist, or school nurse speak to the class.

Invite a DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) officer to present a DARE program.

Have local physicians, nurses, nutritionists, or individuals from the local health department, doctor's office, or hospital speak to the class.

Ask an exercise physiologist, fitness instructor, or athlete to speak to the class and demonstrate fitness exercises or relaxation procedures.
