For information about different areas of health, invite the physical education teacher, school counselor or psychologist, or the school nurse to speak to the class.

Have someone from the local Special Olympics come to class and talk about the program. If possible, have students attend events or help with the program.

Invite a DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) officer to speak to your class on peer pressure, and help students role play ways to refuse drugs.
