People at 16 elementary schools in Washington State tried an experiment. They wanted to know how many students would choose a low-fat lunch instead of a high-fat lunch. The low-fat lunches included more fruit and vegetables than did high-fat lunches. About a third of the students chose the low-fat lunches. Which do you think you'd choose?
