Staying Healthy, Grade Three, enables students to better understand their bodies and themselves through interactive health units. This understanding can have a vital impact on students' attitudes toward themselves and others. It can also be the foundation of positive health practices that last a lifetime.
From Unit 1, students learn about the body's vital systems--the respiratory; circulatory; digestive, and nervous systems. Proper diet and rest can affect the efficient functioning of each of these systems.
