There are things you can do to protect yourself front the sun. Be sure to wear sunscreen when you are at the beach or playing outdoors in the sun. Wear a hat and clothing that will protect you from sunburn.

Scientists say that children are learning early about the importance of protecting themselves from the sun. They hope that children will not have the same problems with skin diseases that many teenagers and adults have.

What do you like to do in the summertime? In some parts of our country, people like to go to the beach.

Scientists are warning people that too much sunshine can be unhealthful. People who spend time in the sun without protection can develop skin diseases.
