Imagine that you own the ice-cream plant and shop in Petrozavodsk. Business is good, so you decide to open a shop in another Russian city. You choose the capital city of Moscow, which has more than 10 million people.
Make a Decision
Work in groups of four or five to decide on the best location in Moscow for an ice-cream shop. Before you choose the location, look over the map of Moscow and check the Fact File. Then brainstorm to answer these questions.
