The colors of two bars in this chart are incorrect. The bar for Mexico should be orange, indicating that the rare is an estimate; the bar for Turkey should be yellow, indicating that official statistics are available but are incomplete.

The data in Table 1, Column 9 are incorrect for two reasons: The decimal place was inadvertently dropped and a programming error made the values slightly lower than they should have been. The correct data appear at right.
