BANGALORE, Nov. 30 ADC Telecom, a global supplier of fibre optics, network equipment, software and integration services for broadband, multi-service networks, has announced its direct presence in India by setting up a wholly owned subsidiary.

The company is investing $25 million in the Indian subsidiary - ADC (India) Communications & Infotech Pvt Ltd, over a period of five years, said Mr Nagabhushan Rao, Director, Business Development and Technology, ADC.
