Meeting planners can research venues online, look at photographs, pinpoint properties and services appropriate to their needs and send out requests for proposals quickly, using the Valley Forge Convention & Visitors Bureau's newly upgraded and renovated web site, www.valleyforge.org.

A dedicated meeting planning section and searchable database make it easy to research information on the area's eight conference centers, 14 convention hotels and two convention/expo centers.
