Houston reels in fledgling film company.(Brief Article)

Two film industry veterans are setting up shop in Houston to tap into the local production market and talent base.

Local natives Tom Vaughan and Howard Griffith play the leading roles in R.O.I. Films, a self-contained motion picture company created to both develop and produce feature films for worldwide audiences.

Vaughan recently returned to Houston from Los Angeles and was united with Griffith through the Texas Film Commission. Vaughan, a screen writer, needed someone with production experience to form the company, and says Griffith's 28 years of experience fit the bill.
