MALAYSIAN AAU development chairman Sheikh Kamaruddin Sheikh Ahmad yesterday refuted allegations that the national body failed to conduct any coaching courses for the past one and a half years.

In fact, the MAAU, according to Sheikh Kamaruddin, had conducted two coaching courses and a seminar. However, the recent Sea Games and the indifferent attitude of some it's council members have hampered eforts to conduct the courses on a regular basis.

"Contrary to what has been said by the NSC (National Sports Council), MAAU had conducted two coaching courses, one in November last year and the second in February this year," said Sheikh Kamaruddin when contacted …
