Jakarta, Nov 28 (ANTARA) - Former president, BJ Habibie, on Wednesday failed to fulfill the second summons sent by the Attorney General's Office for him to testify as a witness in the latest State Logistics Agency (Bulog) fund scandal.
Habibie's legal counsel, Yan Juanda, told journalists that Habibie could not fulfill the summons because the former president has to tend to his ailing wife, Ibu Ainun, in Germany.
Asked why Ibu Ainun was not accompanied by one of her sons or daughters, Yan pointed out that all of them happened to be in Indonesia.
