THREE state rugby associations yesterday hit out at Malaysian Rugby Union for being left out of the equation when the national body named the national squad.

Kuala Lumpur Rugby Union (KLRU) are incensed, and so are Kedah, and Penang.

KLRU, the Kedah Rugby Union and the Penang Rugby Union feel they should have had a say too in the selection of the national team that will compete in the World Sevens Series and the Commonwealth Games in Manchester next year.
