Blockade breaker causes Narita havoc over lack of license.

NARITA -- A Niigata Prefecture man threw already nervous guards at Narita Airport into disarray by bursting through a security checkpoint and leading them on a wild chase until he was captured 15 minutes later, police said.

With airport officials on high alert in the wake of the September terrorist attacks on the United States, guards feared the worst when Yoneo Inao ignored the request to hand over his license before he would be permitted into the airport parking lot and instead burst through the security gate.

But they breathed a sigh of relief when they pinned down the 50-year-old construction worker, who admitted to breaking through the checkpoint …
