MILWAUKEE_The Bulls "Hasselled" the Milwaukee Bucks, but they just couldn't figure out a way to beat them.
The Bucks, with their Big Three of Sam Cassell, Glenn Robinson and Ray Allen scoring at least 20 points, defeated the Bulls, 96-92, on Wednesday night despite a career-high 22 points from rookie Trenton Hassell and a season-high 31 points from Ron Mercer.
"If you're open, you don't have any choice but to shoot," said Hassell, the second-round draft pick from Austin Peay who was nine of 13 shooting. "That's what I'm doing, taking open shots and trying to create a little bit. Some of our best players are hurt, and I'm just trying to give us some offense." …
