COXSACKIE, NY -- Andrew Lundquist, representing the Bush administration in a CTN broadcast, touted the National Energy Plan as "comprehensive and forward looking." Lundquist, the executive director of the National Energy Policy Group, appeared on a October 3rd satellite broadcast. Other panelists included FERC Commissioner Nora Brownell; Keith Bailey, CEO of Williams Energy; Curt Launer, managing director of Credit Suisse First Boston; and Donald Santa Jr., former FERC commissioner, Troutman Sanders Federal Regulatory & Corporate Practice Group. Vicky Bailey of the U.S. Department of Energy made a videotaped statement.
