Every year for the past three decades, heads of state and global business leaders have descended on Davos, Switzerland, for skiing, schnapps and high talk of weighty matters at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting. This January, however, brings a new venue--New York City. Rumors that the Swiss didn't want the security headaches are just that.
