EVENHEAT "Plus"--the Ballard answer to thermal efficiency from Horsell Engineering

Ballard, a division of Horsell Engineering--a member of the Cookson Group--has been in the oven business for 70 years. The company is a custom-builder for specific drying applications to the individual customer's requirements in sheet metal decorating, curing and paint stoving The development of Ballard ovens has been advanced by investment in CAD and the company's in-house design team which has resulted in the in the development of the `Evenheat' Mark II "Plus" oven with improved heat efficiency and environmental control.

As well as having concern for economic operation and environmentally-acceptable solvent treatment, Ballard design also reflects the need to consider the risk in drying/curing when inflammable solvents are used in that ovens are constructed with explosion relief panels in the oven roof.
