A TOTAL APPROACH FROM THE SPRIMAG GRUPPE
The West German SPRIMAG Spritzmaschinenbau GmbH & Co KG manufactures a complete line of canlacquering machinery, transport systems and lacquer-curing ovens.
In the SPRIMAG interior spray-lacquering "machines", the can transport system and the curing oven are combined into the one continuously operating system.
Designated Interior Lacquering Automatics Type HIL-05 and Series HIL-15, both machines take cans continuously through a single chute--a feature which the company says results in fewer rejected cans and a systems less prone to faulty operation than others. Revolving spray guns reduce nozzle-clogging and give a high maximum available spray-time with comparatively high working speeds.
