President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo flew to Hong Kong yesterday morning where she will deliver the keynote address at the three-day 10th East Asia Economic Summit which opens today.
The President's address at the economic summit, organized by the Geneva-based World Economic Forum (WEF), and her bilateral meeting with Hong Kong Chief Executive Tung Chee-Hwa, will be the highlights of her two-day official visit.
