One by one, the medical offices and other real estate of the once-giant Community Health Plan are being sold and are finding new uses.

The most recent property to change hands was CHP's former medical office in the city of Hudson. CHP's successor, Kaiser Permanente, sold the 12,000-square-foot building at 713 Union St. to the Mental Health Association of Columbia-Greene Counties Inc.

The Mental Health Association paid $675,000 for the property The group will move from its current smaller quarters nearby on Warren Street, said Richard Ferro, commercial sales manager for Prudential Blake-Atlantic Realtors in Albany.
