How long have you worked in the industry? 26 years.
What's the biggest change in your industry over the past live years? I have noticed more clients are interested in creating dynasty trusts. Clients seem interested partly because they offer a way to protect the family's assets from claims of creditors and from claims in the event of a divorce.
What are the keys to success in this industry? Listening very carefully to one's clients so the attorney can understand what is important to them; technical knowledge and competence; and effective communication skills, which includes the ability to explain complex subjects in an understandable manner.
