It was an allegation of illegal skateboarding that ended with a gun drawn, a woman pepper sprayed and an entire family in jail.
This series of events actually happened to Las Vegans Teresa McDowell, her husband, Zachary, and her son, Chris Hamilton, at their home in June.
According to police reports, Las Vegas police officer Timothy Nelson attempted to arrest Chris Hamilton after the two exchanged words over Hamilton skateboarding on Upland Boulevard, near Jones and Charleston boulevards.
The situation escalated, leading to Teresa McDowell being pepper sprayed in the face and the entire family being arrested.
