These lovebirds signed an agreement entitling Zeta-Jones to $20 million as a wedding present from Douglas, plus an additional $3 million dollars a year in alimony if they get divorced. If Douglas gets caught cheating, the document states that he has to pay her another $5 million lump sum. But the couple is so smitten these days that Douglas has reportedly torn up their agreement, which means, according to California law, that Zeta-Jones will get half of Douglas's $100 million estate if they call it quits.
Janet Jackson and Rene Elizondo
Janet Jackson's prenup with her estranged song-writer hubbie Rene Elizondo is as shaky as their secret nine-year marriage. The agreement, which states that both get to keep the assets they had before getting hitched, is being contested by Elizondo. Elizondo could dance away with a sizable chunk of the pop princess's $100 million estate if the court swings in his favor.
