Doyal is out at Door Direct.(Dub Doyal)(Brief Article)
Disagreements among the principals at Delivery & Communications Inc. (DelCorn) over the future direction of the company have resulted in the termination of Dub Doyal as the local company's president and chief executive officer.
Doyal has responded, however, by forming two new companies that will compete with his former employer. He has formed Distributel Media Distribution and affiliated Distributel Event Marketing.
The start-ups will open their doors in North San Antonio on Monday, Oct 22.
Del-Corn, a local distribution and marketing company, is now being headed by Larry Leathers and Tonya Grunder -- also co-owners of Del-Corn.
Leathers and Grunder, vice president of Del-Corn, are working with attorneys to negotiate a buy-out of Doyal's stake in Del-Corn and its affiliated door-to-door delivery firm, Door Direct.
