India: Philips unveils range of new products.

MUMBAI, Oct. 30. PHILIPS India Ltd on Tuesday launched a range of products including a DVD recorder, LCD TV PC monitor, a new plasma flat TV and LightFrame2 monitor.

"These products are backed by the latest display technologies, optical storage-based recording and playback and Internet-connected world," Mr Frans van Houten, Executive Vice- President, Philips Consumer Electronics - Asia-Pacific, West Asia and Africa, said at a press conference held here.
