Medan, N Sumatra, Oct 26 (ANTARA) - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) plans to summon former president BJ Habibie and former armed forces commander retired General Wiranto in connection with the Bulog non-budgetary funds case, Attorney General MA Rahman said here on Friday.

"We are also planning to summon Wiranto and BJ Habibie but we have yet to set the exact dates," he said in reply to a press question.

For the time being let the two (Rahardi Ramelan and Akbar Tanjung) be examined first, he said.

Rahardi Ramelan, the suspect in the case, said recently he had ordered the disbursement of Rp54.6 billion in National Logistics Agency (Bulog) …
