CIBC National Bank has added residential first mortgages to its continually growing menu of services at its "Marketplace Bank" offices in Central Florida Winn-Dixie stores.

CIBC, a Toronto-based bank whose U.S. headquarters is in Maitland, began offering mortgages last month to its Winn-Dixie customers and to customers who find the bank through its marketplacebank.com and cibc.com Web sites.

The mortgages are originated by American Home Mortgage, a fast-growing Melville, N.Y.-based mortgage banker that works with bank partners and also finds borrowers through its mortgageselect.com Web site.
