BDH\TBWA's creative director, Ken Davies, has left the agency after failing to secure the top creative post in a management restructure.
The agency considered Davies and the joint creative director, Danny Brooke-Taylor, for a single creative director post. Brooke-Taylor was selected for the role, prompting Davies to leave BDH to find another job.
Davies joined BDH as a junior art director before being promoted to head of art in 1989. He became creative director in 1998. His work includes TV spots for Solvite, Cussons and Focus Do it All.
