Getting your business known can be as easy as changing your marketing strategy.

But you don't have to spend a lot to do it.

The staff of the Chicken Store and More in Dublin found more and more Japanese customers coming into the deli. So, working with David Nevins of the Aji Co., which does translation work and language classes in Dublin, the restaurant developed a menu written in Japanese. Now, several Japanese customers frequent the restaurant on a daily basis.

We have two or three people coming in every day now, and I think it is an investment in the long term and word of mouth is getting out: said Lindy O'Brien, owner of the Chicken Store and More; which has four employees.
